Midwives can refer and you can bill a consultation and an assessment but using ONLY three codes A815A, A816A and A813A.
Nurse Practitioner numbers range from 722900-744292
Nurse Practitioners can refer and you can bill consultations, repeat consultations, limited consultations etc. Examples of consultations would be A005A, A135A, A445A, A615A etc.
