As mentioned in our Celebrating 30 years news, Karin Symonds retired from Medcom on April 4th 2018. I and the staff at Medcom wish her all the best in her retirement.

Nancy Coulter is now Medcom’s main client contact. Nancy's extensive experience in administration, client relations and medical transcription will benefit Medcom’s billing clients as she assumes Karin's administrative role. Please contact Nancy if you have any questions regarding invoices, shipping or receiving of packages, faxes or emails.

Amber Frisa first joined Medcom in 2003. Over the years and under Karin’s mentorship Amber has spent countless hours doing billing for our clients. Her extensive knowledge in coding and the Ministry of Health’s Schedule of Benefits is a solid background for Amber in her expanded support role for Medcom's billing clients. Amber is looking forward to providing our clients the support and service they have come to expect.

The building in which Medcom currently resides is going up for sale and we will be moving to a new location at the end of April. All contact information will stay the same for the April billing cycle. Once this cycle is compete Medcom will contact each office and make separate arrangements as to how, when and where the billing is handled and our new contact information.
